Why is it important to hire a drone photographer who is a licensed pilot?

Licensure is required by law for aerial photos or footage to be used commercially.

Without a commercial license to operate a drone, or UAS (Unmanned Aircraft System), pictures or videos taken may only be used for hobby purposes and cannot be used for commercial or retail purposes. As a licensed drone pilot, I’m legally able to capture photos and videos that you can use for your business, customers, marketing, and commercial purposes.
