Technology Ronin exists for a simple reason: technology should make your life easier, not turn an afternoon into a hostage negotiation with a router. Why "Ronin"?
A ronin was a samurai without a master — skilled, independent, and free to serve people directly. That is the idea here. We are not a faceless help desk reading from a script or upselling you a plan you do not need. You get straight answers, fair pricing, and someone who treats your home network or small business like it matters — because it does.
Who You’re Working With
I’m Travis Dieringer, the owner and lead technician behind Technology Ronin — and I have been doing this since I was 17. I started out in a computer shop, moved into corporate IT at 18, and was leading IT departments by 19. In my twenties I worked for HP, a Fortune 500 company, flying to tropical islands to run bank migrations. From there I became a solutions architect, and then the enterprise technology architect for an FTSE 50 company with a thousand locations across a hundred countries.
I was the person companies put in front of their C-level executives to explain the hard concepts in plain English — and I was also the one rolling up my sleeves to fix and figure them out. Both ends of it.
Eventually I decided the corporate politics were not for me. What I actually love is solving problems and helping people — so now I bring that same enterprise-grade expertise and white-glove service to homes and small businesses. The same depth of experience the Fortune 500 paid for, just a whole lot friendlier to work with.
